It’s a downhill road to mediocrity.

Have you ever slidden from a water chute

Breaking your threshold of focus and self-control is exactly like that. Once you cut the rope, you loose yourself and boom suddenly you are in a pool of water.

A lot of people are so used to living in mediocrity. It’s not because they like it, but because they don’t know how to live any other way. They think what they are doing is normal and that’s how it always should be.

How wrong.

A life without a mission or a purpose or a goal is worthless. You are not put on this planet to live a mediocre life hiding behind your fears and lethargy. You are here to be an example of how amazing humans can be.

The internet is filled with beautiful things, but it is NOT without its own distractions.

The biggest threat to achieving your goal is spending time wandering around the web and social media. It’s not your fault, it has become so cultural that everyone you know does it.

Unlike in the past century, where they had to struggle for the basic electricity, water supply, agriculture and transportation, our lives are so better off. Our ancestors have worked so hard to make us reap the benefits of their seeds.

But unfortunately, all the precious time that we are saving by not having to do anything that’s physically exhausting like agriculture or factory work is being squandered by pouring it into avenues of mindless entertainment or distractions.

Stop it. Don’t be happy if you had an average day. Aim for being remarkable. And for god’s sake, don’t be caught up in the vicious circle of pointlessness.
